When it comes to fashion month, for handbag lovers, Milan and Paris are truly the main events. That’s where the big guys – think Prada, Bottega Veneta, Loewe, Louis Vuitton, Chanel etc. present their new collections. But, before that, Fashion fans quickly stop over in London for a 4-day tour. We had eyes on the ground to see what showgoers, fashion party crashers, and on-lookers hoping to be snapped by shutterbugs were carrying outside of the LFW shows.
JW Anderson presented his Spring 2024 collection during LFW, which brought out some of his brand staples like the Twister Bag, while others chose to tote a little Loewe, which he is also the creative director for. The usual suspects also made appearances – a bit of vintage Gucci and a classic Chanel flap. And while the street style set chose a lot of denim, we saw pops of green bags and details on RTW pieces, too.
Check out the full set of bags below!

Mini bags are looking tackier and tackier these days. I really feel strongly that medium and large bags are making a huge comeback for good.
If my phone won’t fit, that bag ain’t it! 😆
I love a mini bag. I believe bags to some degree are per need, the occasion. Why would you haul a big bag to go sightseeing, to a concert, even shopping for that matter. To the beach, ok, a big bag!
Sigh. Always with the snarky negativity. So predictable and boring.
I loved the Eluna bags from Escada in the early 2000s and it was a lovely surprise to see the white one here.
Oh, BTW, that green Dior saddle is so good!
That Loewe surplus woven basket bag is everything. I’m drooling!
I love it too! I’ve been seeing it on the preowned sites and I keep liking it, but not pulling the trigger. Looks like I need to get more serious about it!
