Dior’s Spring/Summer 2025 collection made it immediately apparent that dressing sporty chic is still undeniably cool, and no one is doing it better this season than Dior. When designing this season’s collection, Maria Grazia Chiuri was inspired by the Dior archives and the House’s historic ties to the world of sport.
The collection featured an array of new bags to complement the casual yet undeniably cool vibe of the ready-to-wear, including the new Dior D-Journey bag. The relaxed, slouchy carryall paraded down the runway in various sizes, proving that come the spring season, this bag would be the new must-have, and stars are here to prove it.
Debuting earlier this month, the Dior D-Journey bag, particularly the leather version, is quickly becoming a favorite of the celeb set. The D-Journey is an ideal grab-and-go carry, perfect for daytime cool looks or elevated for a night out. Below, we’ve got plenty of styling inspo for you and don’t forget to discover the full range of the D-Journey bag via Dior.
Lucy Hale
True to its casual nature, Lucy Hale paired her D-Journey bag with jeans and a sweater while out for a coffee run in LA.

Zoey Deutch
Zoey Deutch also opted to wear her D-Journey bag with jeans and elevated the look a bit more with loafers and a sleek trench while out for a stroll and a green juice in LA.

Jessica Alba
It’s back to LaLa land we go. This time, Jessica Alba went with the casual-cool Oblique version, pairing it with white jeans and platform sneakers for an effortlessly daytime look.

Taylor Swift
Finally, Taylor Swift offers a lesson in dressing up the D-Journey from day to night. The music mogul wore hers while in New Orleans for the Super Bowl with a Penny Lane-esque jacket and platform booties.

Rihanna
Rihanna was all business when she took her D-Journey bag out for a spin. The music and beauty mogul paired the leather version with baggy trousers and pointy-toed python booties while out and about in LA.

I can’t help but wonder how many — if any — of these stars actually paid for their bag.
Jessica Alba definitely didn’t. She did an unboxing thanking the brand.
None I would assume. It does look very cool though
I have a hard time reading the Purseblog articles on Dior without feeling dissapointed by the silence that PB has maintained on Dior and its horrific labour practices recently. By not saying a work, it feels like PB is complicit to the atrocities. Being a long time PB reader, I remember a time when the brand influence was not so looming that social issues around luxury items could be discussed frankly without fear of retribuition, it seems that this is no longer feasible for writers. I miss Amanda Mull, I feel like she would have written a thoughtful commentary on Dior’s labor practices.
In general it has been a while Purseblog has chosen to hide behind the “entertainment purpose” to avoid taking any stand whatsoever, even when the news were gruesome.
I was quite surprised when they did not cancel Sajid for mentioning the political and civil climate in his country.
Going back to Purseblog, I too have been very disappointed by the editorial line lately. Sometimes the only brave and moral thing to do is actually taking a stand. But they prefer to push Hermès and the big names on us, week and week.
Please give a list of brands that pay their workers a fair wage and don’t use workers in foreign countries
If I got it for free I’d love it too lol
I don’t mind seeing marketing campaign component of such, with the new products showcased on people in real life – celebrity or not. Only better way of evaluating something new would be trying it on in store by myself, but it is simply not possible for a great many number of people. Many brands have made returning as easy as possible, but I don’t want to go through that.
Now if someone happens to want to emulate their stars of choice, it’s a gift to the brand of course, at will.
Maybe it is better to not state that they “love” it and what not. We are all adults here.
