The Bobby bag is a hobo-style bag that is light and compact, featuring a flap design closure that is easily accessible by its clasp and decorative CD buckle. The Bobby also features a back pocket with an embossed 30 MONTAIGNE signature on the back, the address of Christian Dior’s first-ever boutique. Since its creation, this new House classic has been reimagined in various sizes, leathers, colors, and patterns.
Now, for Cruise 2022, Maria Grazia Chiuri has reinterpreted the iconic Dior Bobby bag once again in a cool new shape. The rectangular Bobby East-West takes all the elements that we love in the Bobby and pairs down the shape to be even more modern and fresh than before.
Now available in stores and on dior.com, the new Bobby East-West is available in box calfskin in shades of Rose des Vents, Black, Latte, Yellow, and Amber. It’s also shown in Dior’s classic Oblique Canvas. The East-West Bobby comes with a removable strap that is also convertible, allowing for cross-body, shoulder, or hand-carry wear.
