How can we combat poverty in the US? Just ship Paris Hilton and Momma Hilton to each city to give away $20 bills to each homeless person they see. On her way to Cartier, Paris and her mom were spotted giving $20 to a homeless man. $40 a day is not too shabby. Heck, if that happend everyday of the month that would be $1200/month which could easily be lived off of. On their way to shopping, the Miss and Mrs were sporting quite the trendy bags.
