It’s technically spring, but a few regions of the country have clearly not received the memo. Consequently, celebs aren’t busting out the bold florals and bright colors just yet. They’re still wearing puffer jackets in NYC, so it may be a minute before we witness that spring color explosion. (I’m ready for it, frankly. It’s my cue to rotate my wardrobe each year.) Instead they’re mostly relying on safe, solid black bags to get them through the remnants of winter. As we approach Easter, however, color trends will certainly start to shift.
