I’ve noticed more commenters feeling like the luxury bag market is predictable and bland lately. Much of that is also partly due to the ever-rising prices. If the prices continue to soar as they do, we, the consumers, expect more.
More innovation, better quality, less predictability, overall, more “luxury” for the price.
As brands work to find the right cadence for increasing prices and innovation, I want to highlight other options in the bag market because there are many! While I am a fan of the majority of the big houses myself, which ultimately led me into this world of bags, the handbag market is ever-evolving and adding new players or lesser-known brands when it comes to our carryall.
New and Noteworthy
While some of these brands may not be familiar names, others you may know and associate with clothing or the contemporary bag world. However, this assortment includes bags that aren’t on the typical radar, which isn’t bad.
This assortment of bags is priced under $1,090. Some are still summer-themed, while others are fall wardrobe-ready. There are quite a few suede options, too, so prep your cooler-weather wardrobe with suede if you please. As suede can be very finicky, I prefer a bag in this price range for many reasons.
The other nice aspect is that these bags will allow you to carry something you don’t see on everyone else. Of course, if you love a recognizable designer bag, then by all means, carry that!
