Though we only live a couple miles from the beach, Vlad and I aren’t huge beach goers. Majority of the year in Florida is incredibly warm and while the ocean is always perfect to hop in and cool down, the hot sand sticking to my sunscreened body is rather annoying. However, I love going to the beach in the evenings, just as the sun is low on the horizon and there’s a pleasant ocean breeze. We’ve spent the past couple evenings with Millie at the beach and it’s been some of my favorite memories with her so far!
When it comes to a beach bag, I am not one for going expensive. I want a bag that works for the beach – it needs to carry my essentials, hold up over time, and it doesn’t hurt if it’s got a super fun print.

Let me start off with my favorite aspect – the price. This bag is $68. Sixty-eight dollars. In our typical designer bag realm, this price is out of this world. And on top of that, this bag is so beautiful and well-made. The straw exterior has a really cool pattern (I picked the navy tote with the pineapple, but there are 2 other colorways with different embroidered fun patterns). The bag is lightweight and the interior is lined in fabric that will handle wear well. The interior is also designed cleverly – with a hidden zip pocket on the bottom of the bag to keep a few personal items out of sight. Overall dimensions are large but not too much to handle, 14″ x 14″ x 6¼” with 12″ strap drop.
