The idea that it’s fall right now might not be supported by the weather forecast or the calendar, but Labor Day has passed and fall clothes are in stores and we’re proceeding with the idea that it’s fall, even if that seems objectively false. Soon enough it’ll be true, though, and then you’ll wish you’d strategized your wardrobe at least a little bit before the cool weather arrives.
