Since the beginning, Parisian contemporary brand Polène Paris has put quality and craft at the forefront of its brand ethos. At the contemporary level, its attention to detail is nearly unparalleled, and its distinct committment to craft is evident in every single bag the brand puts out.
Unsurprisingly, Polène quickly won over the hearts of even the pickiest luxury consumers. Since its inception in 2016, it has continued to delight with new releases that never stray from its core values. Today, Polène is back with a brand-new bag that combines the brand’s unmatched quality in the contemporary world with sleek, clean lines.
A Look at the New Polène Osmo Bag
Oozing the same Parisian-chic, quiet luxury aesthetic that its fans have come to expect (and love), Polène introduces the new Osmo bag from Spring 2025. Unlike your average shoulder bag, the Osmo bag offers a unique construction consisting of interlocking leather cut-outs further defined by dyed edges, creating a cool illusion.
The bag itself feels like a puzzle, with its lines harmoniously melding together. At first glance, it requires a second look to see where the bag’s opening flap begins and ends. Inside, the bag is fully lined in Nappa leather—a luxurious touch for a bag at the contemporary price point.
The bag’s baguette-like body is meant to be worn over the shoulder, though the strap is adjustable. The Osmo bag features one leather patch pocket; its overall dimensions are 25.5 x 12 x 5.5 cm.
Dropping today in-store and online, the Osmo bag retails for $590. Discover more now via Polène.
For me, Polène lost its luster when LVMH acquired it.
Polene’s prices have really increased after the LV acquisition. Cute bag though but the price seems steep
Gotta pay for those LVMH executives!
Reading $590 is like 40% more I thought it would be until I remember that the brand was acquired by LVMH. Which is a shame because I absolutely would have paid the price in my head.
I didn’t know it’s acquired by LVMH! Funny though, I did purchase several of their bags and still will praise their leather quality, craftsmanship as well as creativity. However, I only now have kept one (mini un). Sold regular sized Un – simply too big; Neuf, too fussy to access (looks big but not enough room); Berí – too irregular and small (base is not flat. I find out more about myself through all this I think.
