As you may have noticed, we’ve officially crossed over into the second half of July, which means retailers are getting eager to tempt us with visions of cooler temperatures via their newest fall arrivals. This season, Neiman Marcus was the first retailer we spotted out of the gate with a section devoted strictly to browsing handbag pre-orders for the new season, and it contains some super fun runway finds that you might have spotted during our coverage of the season’s shows.

Even if you’re not in the buying mood right now, pre-orders are still my favorite time to browse a site’s inventory. They’re when you’ll see the super-limited bags that will disappear long before sale season, the store exclusives that other retailers will never receive, and all the generally weird and unique things that still makes fashion fun.
