One of the questions I get asked often is what’s the best gift for someone who loves luxury that is not a handbag. I have an easy answer: a designer home item. It’s funny; as I’ve gotten older, the items I love most and ask for are things around the house.
A book on a fashion house for the coffee table, a nice pair of pillows to refresh my couch, a new mug for my morning/midday/nighttime tea, or a lovely candle are always greatly welcomed.
