While some stores are offering discounts today for Cyber Monday, others are revamping their look and releasing new products online. Our friends at Salvatore Ferragamo took the kickoff of holiday shopping season to completely redesign their e-commerce site, which is much more user friendly and sleek.

Not only is the site completely made over, but it also features the brand new hobo style designed by Massimiliano Giornetti from the Resort 2013 collection. This colorway and style is exclusive to the relaunched Ferragamo.com, and we are here to share the news with you!

Let’s discuss the bag, shall we? Ferragamo exudes luxury and meticulous attention to detail. With ladylike designs and clean lines, it’s rare I run into a Ferragamo bag I don’t love. Hobos are one of the most sought-after handbag shapes for their ease of use and comfort, but many women don’t want to carry them because some tend to look sloppy.

The Salvatore Ferragamo Hobo is no where near sloppy – it exudes beauty in every single way. The shoulder strap is wide, which will slide onto your shoulder with ease and also remain comfortable. The body of the bag lured me in immediately, as its spacious and beautiful without being oversized and clunky. The interior features a zip pocket and cell phone holders, as well as suede lining. For this beautiful bag, the price is much less than one would expect – but don’t expect the design to suffer; Ferragamo’s known for their attention to detail. Visit the new e-commerce site and shop this bag for $995.

P.S. Please consider supporting our small, bag-loving team by clicking our links before shopping or checking out at your favorite online retailers like Amazon, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, or any of the listed partners on our shop page. We truly appreciate your support!

wow love it and that s from someone who is not so much of a hobo fan! i think they just took handbag design to the next level. it’s something between fashion and industrial design.

i think it’s great that there are still some fashion houses that their product is luxuries without big logos on every possible side of their handbags.

I think this will be terribly impractical.

funny this should post… i was in wash dc over the holiday and went by tyson’s. i normally do not go into the SF boutique but did since my husband was looking at boots. this exact bag drew my attention. i normally do not like hobos and i don’t gravitate toward SF bags, but i just thought this was so modern and chic. also, it will never, ever go out of style…

Ha, Megs, you hit the nail in the head … I was also weary of hobos for far too long. Now I do find them useful for certain outfits. I am a huge SF fan, I this they deliver great value for money. Great pick!!!
