This Week, A-List Celebs Have An A+ Bag Game for Day & Night

This is one of those celeb handbag round-ups where (almost) every candid celeb shot in the batch looks so beautiful and perfect that it causes me to start questioning all my life choices. I mean, maybe I could’ve looked like Jennifer Lawrence, if I had never had round-the-clock access to Little Debbies as a youth, as well as far, far better genes? And maybe I could look Diane Kruger-sharp if I ever wore more makeup than tinted moisturizer, and also had an eccentric, prominently placed fashion industry BFF. I feel like the opportunities were there.

In less poignant, non-personal news: the celeb bag picks this week do not disappoint!

Allison Williams
Ralph Lauren Ricky Drawstring Bag
$2,500 via Ralph Lauren

Here’s Allison Williams, leaving Ralph Lauren’s extremely popular Polo Bar with her mother in NYC. She’s carrying an attractive Ralph Lauren bucket bag, which the brand has joined with the rest of its Ricky line. I feel like this bag deserves its own style name, honestly. I suggest “Rocky.”

Serena Williams
MCM Liz large Reversible Tote
$650 via Nordstrom

Serena Williams tried her best to make it through LAX unnoticed, but to no avail. (That new celebs-only entrance can’t come fast enough! For celebs, at least.) Serena is carrying a bright orange MCM tote that is, in fact, reversible, just as it claims to be.

Diane Kruger
Chanel Flap Clutch

Here’s Diane Kruger, arriving at The Museum of Modern Art’s 8th Annual Film Benefit with a sweet, floral Chanel clutch. This year’s benefit honored Cate Blanchett for her contribution to the arts, and as you would expect, it was a pretty high-profile, A-list to-do.

Jennifer Garner
Céline Ring Bag

Jennifer Garner was recently spotted darting to a meeting in NYC with a beautiful navy Céline Ring Bag in tow. Ladies and gents, I’m not sure we’ve given this bag its proper due; maybe Céline should push this style to the front burner.

Jennifer Lawrence
Valentino Rockstud Noir Camouflage VaVaVoom Bag
$2,245 via Net-a-Porter

Here’s J-Law, heading back to her Tribeca hotel after a hard shift at The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part II‘s NYC premiere. This is one of the first Valentino bags we’ve seen Jennifer carry, and certainly the first camo bag, though monotone camo just barely counts.

Karlie Kloss
Proenza Schouler PS1 Bag and PS Pins
$1,885 via Proenza Schouler

Karlie Kloss was recently spotted out and about NYC with a bright white, perforated leather PS1, “monogrammed” with gold Proenza Schouler Pins. I like this idea about 1000% more than actual monograms.

Kyle Richards
Hermès Birkin

Here’s Real Housewife Kyle Richards, shopping in Beverly Hills with a classic black leather Birkin, because honestly, what else would she be doing at any given moment in time? As you can see, Kyle is outfitted in full LA winter apparel.

Star Jones
Céline Luggage Tote

It’s been a spell since we’ve featured Star Jones on the blog, but it’s important to me that you know that her handbag collection is not overrated and that she’s a big-time advocate for women’s rights and an active Twitter user. Here she is out to lunch with a friend, carrying a bright red Céline Luggage Tote. That’s her pooch Pinky in the matching red dog carrier.
