In Review: A Year’s Worth of Sarah Jessica Parker’s Bags

NYC's most involved celeb has a great bag for every grand occasion

We’re not sure what kind of truce SJP has struck with her (literal) neighborhood paparazzi, but the pics of her leaving her West Village home in NYC have really slowed down this year. But while we can’t depend on a constant influx of pics of Sarah Jessica Parker at her front door any more, her social calendar is actually extremely full. Here’s a sampling of the bags she carried in the last year or so while promoting her new show Divorce on HBO or her designer shoe line, or while hosting galas for the ballet and feting new New York businesses.

P.S. We have not one but two SJP mystery bags to ID. Could you be of assistance?

As promised, this crinkled blue satin flap bag is our first big mystery. She brought to a political fundraiser in the West Village with her husband Matthew Broderick late last year.

Bulgari Serpenti Bag

She carried this svelte, purple Bulgari Serpenti Bag to this year’s 18th Annual Hudson River Park Gala, where she spent some quality time with Cee Lo.

Chloé Marcie Bag
$1,990 via Neiman Marcus

Here she is leaving a press appearance in NYC with a gorgeous, deep green Chloé Marcie Bag that pairs perfectly with her blazer.

Gabriela Hearst Demi Bag

Sarah took this iridescent blue Gabriela Hearst Demi Bag to the New York City Ballet’s Fall Gala, which she hosted. Her dress is by Monse.

Another mystery bag for you: she brought this slouchy, gold-handled satchel on a recent trip to LAX. Any ideas?

Mansur Gavriel Lady Bag
$895 via Neiman Marcus

Here she is looking a tad caught off guard with a Mansur Gavrielx Lady Bag outside of her West Village abode.

Stella McCartney Falabella Box Bag
$1,155 via Net-a-Porter

This new black Stella McCartney Falabella Box Bag looks extra sharp with her pantsuit.

Valentino Lock Bag
$3,575 via Neiman Marcus

Finally, here she is arriving at the grand opening of the italian lingerie shop Intimissimi in NYC with a whimsically patterned version of the Valentino Lock Bag.
