She’s carrying an extremely chic grey Dolce & Gabbana Monica Satchel (though it’s entirely possible that this bag looks more chic on the arm of Kate Beckinsale than it ever will again). The Monica is named after Italian actress/model Monica Bellucci, and it’s brand new for Fall 2014. You can find a black calf version of the Monica for $1,995 at Net-A-Porter.
Celebrities are obviously under a lot of pressure to look perfect 24/7, which seems like an unattainable standard. But then there’s Kate Beckinsale, who clearly never risks exposing herself to paparazzi cameras if she looks anything less the flawless. (I imagine if she ever gets a blemish, she just sits at home alone for several days with the shades drawn.) This is where the bar is set, B through D-listers! Be advised.
The bag is beautiful, but I like the entire outfit. Those grey shades look great on her!
