When we started the Bags in the Wild series last year, we were excited to take you around New York and beyond. Each neighborhood in New York City is incredibly unique when it comes to style, food, overall vibe, and more, and it’s easy to forget that New York City has five very diverse (in every way) boroughs.

Though Brooklyn, and particularly Williamsburg, is just across the bridge from the Lower East Side, the style is wildly different. The classic Brooklyn girl carries a canvas tote everywhere and anywhere, and even we covered the merch phenomenon here on PurseBlog. Even still, handbags can be spotted on Bedford Avenue from time to time, and the outfits are unique enough to make you want to do a double-take.

Brooklyn’s bag lovers also love their indie bags, and we spotted a handful of mystery bags. Take a look at the variety we snapped and do let us know if you recognize any of them in the comments!

A Handful of Indie Mysteries, a Little Loewe and More!

Isn’t the 2nd bag (girl in white dress) a Celine Seau Sangle?

I believe the 3rd picture is a Dooney and Bourke Emerson bag (the one with the white dress and purple shoes)
