Last week, we had the pleasure of celebrating Louis Vuitton By The Pool Pop-Up and Poolside Takeover at a brand new Miami beach club, CASA NEOS. There were a few notable moments of the evening, namely this being the first-of-its-kind in the US pop-up for Louis Vuitton. We’ve seen these events take place in other locations around the world, but this exclusive pop-up was in our city of Miami and was glorious.
Though it was hot (because it’s summer in Miami, duh), the crowds were out, including Louis Vuitton VIP shoppers decked out in head-to-toe LV alongside CASA NEOS club members, influencers, and Miami socialites. I was there for the scene, the food (which was delicious, by the way), and, of course, the bags.
We will bring you more about the bags at the pop-up next week, which is open through July 14th (more information here). I want to kick off our coverage with the bags we spotted at the event, which ranged from rare to exceptional to everything in between.
The Many Bags Of…
This is a Bags in the Wild to delight, with everything from sold-out Louis Vuitton bags from the current season to past limited editions, classics from the House, and other brands.
On our way out, we ran into the Real Housewives of Miami cast, which is always a sight. FYI, they did not film at this event, and I am not surprised by that, but I wonder if they came from somewhere else filming beforehand. Either way, take a look at the bags we spotted at the event!
Why carry Hermes and Chanel to a Louis Vuitton event? It’s just folks going ‘look I have a Birkin’
To me, the Chanel and the Hermes says “I don’t actually have anything appropriate to wear, but I’m making do.”
Ironically, I love the woman with the orange Birkin’s entire outfit-the bag, the Dolce & Gabbana dress, and Manolo Blahnik heels. I like a colorful outfit!

They have destroyed their faces, they all look identical too! Can’t wait for this filler, Botox, khardashian wannabe style to be over….

I always find it weird when someone go to a brand’s event and don’t carry their bag or wear their clothes. It’s kinda disrespectful. I can understand if the brand is mainly focus on clothes but Louis Vuitton is all about their bags!!

Injections are the worst. Some people are shockingly deformed and yet remain under some sort of delusion that they look “good.” It’s a mental illness.
Kudos to Vuitton’s team to declining filming rights to the RH franchise for this event.
Kudos as well to the photographer (hi, Vlad), because the shots of the Artycapucines and the Capucines MM (featuring the man in the waves) are better than any Vuitton-released image I’ve seen. In fact, the shot of the Capucines MM stopped me mid-scroll. That bag is gorgeous, and so intriguing.

I bought my Twist a few years ago and I love this bag so much. First of all, the turnlock is stunning. And more importantly, the epi leather is beautiful, sturdy, and classic. It’s a more modern alternative to my Chanel flaps.
I have it in black with silver MM sized purchased in Italy when I was debating between this and a capucines BB. At the time they were almost the same price, but, so glad I got the twist, it’s a great bag, very functional and works well casual or dressy. Agree good alternative to the flap.
The person with the pink hair and pink alma bb with silver chain and otherwise black/white/gray outfit is SUCH A VIBE. I would love to do something like this when I do my hair blue.

I love seeing men in kilts and carrying handbags. I’m always interested in how many men are now carrying bags and how they style them.
