Proenza Schouler PS1 in rose suede

Here I am again talking about the it-bag that was never supposed to be an it-bag which ended up making it an it-bag. Are ya following me? Because the duo behind Proenza Schouler exudes their genius by marketing a bag as an anti-it-bag that is anything but that.

If I were to personally splurge on any suede bag, it would be the coveted PS1. You all hear me constantly talk about the problem with keeping suede clean, and I fully understand that this rose hue would be that much more difficult, but I love this color for spring.

This rose colored suede is simply romantic. It will work perfectly with resort stripes or spring florals. I love the combination of a light and airy hue with suede. Something about this pair seems unlikely yet entirely fitting. We all know the Proenza Schouler PS1 is not going anywhere and this utility-chic version is yet another option to consider. I’d definitely be worried about the handle dirt on this color and in suede. But I agree…very romantic color. The PS1 is next on my wishlist- just deciding between large and extra large.

Hi,
This bag is probably gorgeous, I abslotuly love its colour.
When I was 7 years old (I’m now 39)almost every kid on school had a similar one (well it was indeed very simple, leather dark brown colour with straps to carry it on the back).
It is amazing that after all these years I can relate to an item that brings me so good and memorable moments.
The colour is amazing.

I like the color, but you really have to be careful with the color. Its like carrying a white purse/bag. It doesn’t take much for the color to fade or to become dirty. Im starting to like PS1s(ipad)

Proenza Schouler PS1 is not really a fashionable bag. I appreciate the no labels concept and simple elegance. However , the bag is anything but elegant. It also doesn’t show much imagination. I see the inspiration drawn out from my private school days backpacks but still the bag lacks glamour. There’s no wow factor here.
