When we broke the story of the Prada Fairy Bag, we knew it was going to be a hit. But unbeknownst to us, it has become the total “it” bag of the season. Everyone wants this bag. I am on the list, but it seems the odds of getting this bag are slim to none. I suppose it is because every celebrity got their Prada Fairy Bag already, and the rest of us ‘normal’ folk will just have to wait for eons. Who is carrying this bag? While they are not the hottest celebrities out there, Tilda Swinton, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Catherine Deneuve, and Anna Wintour’s daughter Bee Schaeffer have been snapped carrying the hottest, must have bag of the season. The price; between $2290 and $2490, the availability; limited, the look; amazing. Are you still in love with the bag? Fab or Drab?

I just don’t get it. It reminds me of the Pet Rock hype years ago. You say “it” enough times and people believe you. My opinion: Say “it” ain’t so!

I am surprised that it looks 100 times better being carried by someone in a life
situation than in the adds….So FAB, I almost hate to say it.

[ being a painter, I would rather wear my own drawings on my bags]

I was interested until I read on the Forum about how the dye runs when it gets wet. That is def. not fab!

If your niece is the painter/artist James Jean, then I’d agree. His works are stunning.

The first time I saw this bag I was thrilled. But that was some time ago, and now I don´t like it anymore. Actually it looks quite childish on adults. Please let´s give these Fairy bags to children, who enjoy fairy tales.

I really think its just the hype. The personality of this bag is too weak. If it was fairy, shouldn’t the texture and treatment be more aligned? just sayin..

btw, I really think I’d be a schizo with my love for bags! :)

I love fairy tales, this bag is gorgeous. Alas, the bleeding and my inability to buy more than one expensive bag will keep me away from it.
