Louis Vuitton Spring 2013 Men's Bags and Accessories (1)

In the current luxury market, Louis Vuitton is nothing less than the man bag gold standard. No other large designer does as comprehensive and varied a men’s accessories collection as Vuitton, and the range of the goods – all the way from tiny decorate pins to large luggage pieces – is incomparable. Not only that, but Vuitton is masterful at changing the feel of its men’s accessories from season to season when most designers that are playing to that large an audience would focus on a more traditional male consumer. For Louis Vuitton Men’s Spring 2013, creative director Kim Jones clearly had the shore on his mind, but not in a traditionally nautical sense. I love the colors, I can see lots of Marc Jacobs in these colors (bags and watches especially) but with a touch of Vuitton, still. I love when Vuitton menswear melts Jacobs and Vuitton, cool!

The LV Men’s Collection is truly amazing- I just love it. I convinced my SO that he should get the Waterproof Keepall 55 for travel (which I will definitely use!) Such a well- constructed luggage piece with a great waterproof zip; made in Germany. Check out their latest collection of men’s ties & belts, too!

I think this accessory collection is hideous for Louis Vuitton. You can’t use materials like these for one of the world’s most renown leather houses. Looks like a college fashion project. Not classy at all in any way.
