RealReal + PurseBlog

Over the years, there have been so many great bags that have gotten away, and many of them still haunt me to this day. On top of that, plenty of bags are hard to track down even under ideal circumstances, like seasonal one-offs from my favorite designers or basically anything from Hermes. Doing the legwork to find a bag you want can be tricky even if you end up being successful, and that’s why The RealReal has become one of my go-to shopping sites. The RealReal is an online luxury resale store that sells pre-owned, authenticated designer goods, and while my shopping focus is (of course) on the handbags, the site also offers everything from jewelry to fine art. I check The RealReal often to keep tabs on the designer handbags it has in stock, and I’m never let down by the selection.

With that in mind, I’m excited to announce that I’ve teamed up with The RealReal to offer a curated selection of 100 totally covetable designer bags, all available for your shopping pleasure, from Chanel to Balenciaga and beyond. If you’re searching for the one that got away, maybe The RealReal and I can help you be reunited.

In addition to the sale, you can head over to our Louis Vuitton section on the PurseForum right now to participate in a live chat with Graham Wetzbarger, The RealReal’s Senior Director of Brand Compliance & Authentication. Buyers on the resale market always have questions about finding the right bag, authenticating a designer bag and the best ways to find particular pieces, and now we have the place for you to get the answers. Don’t miss out – join our live chat now!

On top of all that, The RealReal is also offering PurseBlog and PurseForum readers 20% off the purchase price off select items now through June 8th, 2014. All you have to do is enter PURSEBLOG at checkout.

No matter what I add to my cart–including stuff from the purseblog selection–the 20% discount won’t apply. Says the items aren’t eligible.

The Real Real sells fakes. Purchased a Burberry tote that was counterfeit. They did give me a no hassle refund.
