Kylie Jenner was recently spotted making a mad dash out of LAX with a charming Balenciaga Classic Mini Bowling Bag. This bag is a petite, domed version of the Balenciaga Motorcycle Bags that we all know and love. It can currently be obtained in Kylie’s preferred hue for $1,345 at Barneys. The Kardashian-Jenners seem to particularly favor Balenciaga when it comes to their handbag selections – here’s Kim K.

I would love Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (and all of the other “Housewives” shows) infinitely more if the casts were forced to travel for the entire season. No matter where Bravo sends these women, being away from home always, always results in more drama, fights and memorable moments than would have happened within the safe confines of their homes cities. Can you imagine it? Like a reality TV version of Semester at Sea. (Did MTV do that already?) Anyway, on last night’s episode, the cast decamped to Palm Springs for a short sojourn for no reason in particular, and as we’ve come to expect by now, Brandi started stirring the pot on arrival. This week on TalkShoes, Ellie Goulding was spotting looking like one cool chick walking the red carpet in her Nike Dunk Sky Hi Liquid Metal Sneakers, we found the perfect shoes for the sequins lover (or mermaid) on your holiday list, and despite what you may have heard in the past, it’s totally okay to wear flats to a holiday party.
As much fantasy gifts are fun to look at and think about, the reality for most people, even most luxury customers, is that we’ve all got a budget to stick to. In keeping with that idea, we’ve constructed a series of price-tiered gift guides to make shopping with your checkbook in mind just a bit easier. Last week, we searched the Internet for gifts under $500, and today, we’ve doubled down to the best gifts under $250.
We know that it can be frustrating for our international readers to see us post about all the winter sales that can be difficult to shop from outside the US, we have something specifically for you. THE OUTNET’s International Clearance has started, and that means that non-American shoppers can enjoy up to 85% off retail prices on a huge selection of clothing, shoes and accessories. Of course, stock is limited (and the best stuff is very limited, as always), so the early bird gets the very fashionable worm.
We’ve been posting shopping tips and gift guides galore since Thanksgiving (and before), but once you get deep in the process of marking things and people off your holiday list, it’s easy to let the social and financial stress creep in and forget what the season is really about. We’ll be back to our regularly scheduled programming by noon, but for now, take a breath, relax a little and enjoy our take on the holiday shopping process. Naturally, it’s in the Internet’s only true native language: the animated GIF. Read More…
Chanel bags (and jewelry, and clothes) are as notoriously difficult to come by as any in the luxury market. Chanel doesn’t sell its wares online (and doesn’t plan to in the near future), and if you’ve never tried to just waltz into a department store or Chanel boutique and purchase one, you might be surprised at how hard it can be to find a store with the most sought-after styles in stock. Solving this kind of problem is the Internet’s specialty, though, which brings us to the huge crop of vintage Chanel bags, accessories and clothing from What Goes Around, Comes Around that are currently available via Moda Operandi. Gwen Stefani was recently spotted heading into No Doubt bassist Tony Kanal’s house in Los Angeles with a bag we haven’t seen for a spell: the Fendi Spy Bag. This bag is a total throwback to the halcyon days of the mid-2000s “It Bag” craze. Fendi hasn’t produced Spy Bags for several years now, and this one sort of looks like it’s been sitting in the back of Gwen’s closet for a while, but we’re glad she decided to take it out for a spin, if only for purposes of our own nostalgia.
If there are two things we love in life, it’s handbags and holidays. This year, we decided to skip the partridge in a pear tree and give you 12 straight days of handbags! We’ll be revealing a different category every day, in addition to doing some Instagramming of our favorite handbags in each.
Day 1 is all about the top handles.
