One of the biggest fashion trends of the last few seasons has been what’s cheekily referred to as “naked dressing.”
No, this doesn’t actually mean leaving the house in your birthday suit. Rather, it means wearing a sheer item or rocking head-to-mesh if you’re feeling bold.
I love a statement-making mesh look, and as summer hits, I’ll be bringing back my favorite sheer pieces. Many of them are by NYC-based brand Only Hearts, but I’ve also got my eye on a few new items this season, particularly this skirt I’ve been lusting after for over a year.
I’ve also decided it is time to add some mesh accessories to my rotation because the sheer trend extends well beyond clothing. Last year, mesh ballets were everywhere, and while they’ve returned this spring, mesh heels, too, are trending big time.
As for the bags, there are options there, too, and at a variety of price points and colors. I love this summer trend; it’s so fun and chic! Would you try it?
