If I am able to showcase brands and bags you aren’t as familiar with, I am doing my job. Of course, I will cover the bags that we all know – the brands that most people think of when it comes to the designer bag realm- but I also want to show some more unexpected and unknown things.
This isn’t the first Fauré Le Page bag you’ve seen us cover; I’ve shared that my Daily Battle Tote became my go-to bag over the past year. Since then, the team has reached out and shared more, which has helped expand my love for the brand and its wares.
A Compact, Structured Daily Carry
Introducing the Fauré Le Page Take it Easy 19, a bag that brings all of the elements from the brand that I love along with a more compact shape, but large enough to carry my daily needs (including my iPhone Max and a water bottle).
As I noted, the structured silhouette defines this line, giving a very clean aesthetic. The Scale Canvas also reflects the brand’s ethos and logo and is accentuated by leather overlays.
I think my favorite aspect is the double hand-woven handles, which are crafted from grained calf leather and are a nod to the craftsmanship of sword handles
The feminine color, named FLPink, was introduced in spring of 2023 and was inspired by the Bagatelle garden in Paris. The yellow contrast and the pink hue are a lovely combo, one I didn’t fully expect to love, but now I have started to wonder how I never thought that pink and yellow are a great pair.
Other elements include the adjustable and detachable shoulder strap, an interior flat pocket, and the ability to personalize (as shown with the M) with medals.
Price is $1,380 via Fauré Le Page.
Looks like every other tote. Uninspiring.
Love the brand. Bought a Daily Battle for my wife back in 2013. Definitely a subtle and sophisticated brand. A diamond in the rough since 1717 😉
Just got my Fauré Le Page bag, and I’m absolutely in love! It’s the perfect blend of elegance and practicality. The craftsmanship is top-notch, with attention to detail that truly stands out. It’s not just a bag; it’s a statement piece. Highly recommend!
Thanks for disclosing upfront that the bag was gifted. I keep looking at this brand’s website but I can’t decide where to start! Could you maybe do a piece on what you can actually fit in this purse?
Sure, just saw this but happy to!!
I like Faure Le Page; I only have their large pouch that I use as a computer case. It fits both a MacBook and an iPad with no issues. But I am conflicted when it comes to their bags being a Goyard lover. It seems that their prices are comparable. I wonder what your experience with both is, and if you could write about comparison and contrast for the bags.
Funnily enough, I don’t own a Goyard bag myself – not a single one. I never felt the urge to pull the trigger on one. But I’ve studied them in person a lot. The reason I love FLP is that the bags feel a bit more durable/thicker so I feel like it has held up better than Goyard bags that I’ve seen. But that is my opinion without actually owning and using a Goyard bag!
Thank you for sharing this brand! It was new to me but now it’s on my wishlist!
This reminds me of my Sophie Hulme bag. It was cheaper and is made of letter.
It looks like it’s from Target since the logo looks cheap.
Gorgeous! Love their art deco inspired print. I don’t like big totes so this is perfect for someone like me who likes a crossbody and wants to carry less.
