Now that fashion shows are marketing events as much as they are functional opportunities for industry professionals to plan buying and editorial for the season ahead, fashion has a scheduling problem. Consumers see the clothes when everyone else does, and more and more, they want access to it immediately. So far, the best way to do that is through pre-sales, which Neiman Marcus is currently holding with a slew of huge European brands.
The sale, which runs through April 14, includes select bags, shoes and apparel from the likes of Chloé, Givenchy, Valentino, Fendi, Brunello Cucinelli, Anya Hindmarch, Manolo Blahnik and Dolce & Gabbana. In the sale, you’ll find both runway pieces and notable selections from the brand’s off-runway line, all of which will ship to you in about six months, give or take.
We’ve chosen a dozen notable bags for your viewing pleasure below, and if you’d like to shop the whole thing, you can head over to Neiman Marcus.
Too bad Dolce and Gabbana didn’t time that one for Mother’s Day in the US or UK.
They were probably otherwise occupied retracting their disturbing LGBTQ bashing comments;)
