Almost a year ago, Vlad and I moved back to South Florida. While we are still in NYC often and the PurseBlog team is still based in the city, Vlad and I have taken to our old roots. Miami has changed so much since we last lived here five years ago; the art scene has taken off, the design district is booming and new shops are popping up left and right. The area is going through a renaissance.
The Workshop is not only one of the biggest PR and creative agencies in Miami, but it also reps some of the city’s coolest clients. We spent a couple days with the team of The Workshop to see the clients and meet the gals who represent them, which gave us a great look around some hot spots of South Florida. From Curve Miami Beach to The Miami Beach EDITION Hotel to Coyo Taco and more, check out the clients, reps and bags of the Workshop Collective Miami.

Social Media: @editionhotels
Workshop rep: Maile Gamez
Bag + Outfit: Saint Laurent bag via Capretto Shoes, clothing via Shop Curve
Why this hotel is special: The Miami Beach EDITION is a spectacular urban resort by Ian Schrager in partnership with Marriott International. From the moment you walk into the grand lobby, with it’s golden columns and ocean views, you immediately decompress and relax. There are two Jean George Vongerichten restaurants on property–Matador Room and Market–and they’re both amazing. Matador Bar is the only hotel bar in Miami Beach with ocean views, and it’s one of the sexiest places in town to grab a drink. And then, of course, there’s Basement Miami, the hotel’s entertainment venue with an intimate club, bowling alley and ice skating rink. Basement Miami is hands-down my favorite place to let loose and dance. The music is incredible and everybody is there to have a good time.
What do you love about the EDITION: I live down the street, so this is truly my home away from home. I spend a lot of time here. And the soft serve ice cream at Market is some of the best in town!
