Last week I went to bloomindales for the beginning of the handbag private sale. The designer, Agathe, was actually there for a bit and I had a chance to speak with her and understand where her inspiration came from. It was very interested to buy my new favorite bag and now have a vision of why she designed it. I love the black andrea bag, but I actually bought the smaller balna bag. It is similar to the black andrea but I am petite and I did not want to be overwhelmed with a huge bag! I know that the trend right now is the oversized fun bags, but I have to do what I think looks best on me! Very intriuging designer.... Gustto at bloomingdales….

LOL. My wife has been on my case for ever to get her a Gustto (a real pain in the butt actually), and here I am, trying to understand what is this all about. I have to admit that the bags I have seen on their website look indeed really good. Too bad they don't do the BB cases anymore though (from what I can tell at least). Judging from the bags, Agathe is quite an amazing designer and I would have really liked to have one of those.
