A few months ago we saw an influx of chunky chain detailing on bags for spring. This trend can largely be attributed to Daniel Lee’s work at Bottega Veneta as for spring/summer 2020, Lee reinvented the brand’s cult-favorite Pouch to include a chunky chain shoulder strap.
The designer took it one step further for fall, introducing a chain iteration of another fan-favorite bag: the Padded Cassette. As more and more fall bags hit the internet, we’ve found that the chunky chain trend is going strong through the warmer months and into the colder ones.
