Chloé Fall 2026 Is a Beautiful Ode to the Stories and Craft Behind Our Clothing

Bags too, echo that sentiment, and the Paddington sees an oversized update.

Chloe FW26

Two years after Chemena Kamali made her runway debut at Chloé, the designer’s distinct vision is ever-apparent. Kamali’s tenure at Chloé has been defined by its ethereal, distinctly bohemian spirit. Her version of the #ChloéGirl is as free-spirited and romantic as ever.

Still, Kamali’s Chloé feels fresh and modern, and season after season her collections have been defined by the care and work that goes into them. Each collection tells a story, stemming from a distinct, concise vision, and this season Kamali looks to the complexities of fashion, unpacking everything that lies behind our clothing.

Ruffles, Plaid, and Bohemian Layering Define the Runway

Our clothes hold memories, but they also live a life before we even own them, beginning with the care that goes into making them. This idea of care and craft was deeply inspired by traditional folkloric craft and the art of it all. Each garment is carefully crafted, and every stitch, weave, or knitted thread is carefully thought out.

Chloé Fall 2026 is a celebration of the beauty and human connectedness that folk craft represents, resulting in a beautiful love letter to the art of craft. Ready-to-wear reflects this sentiment, and garments are defined by the details—both big and small.

In true Chloé form, there were ruffles—lots and lots of ruffles—on georgette skirts and dresses, and elsewhere on pants worn with matching tunics and bohemian blouses. Cool-girl layering was at play throughout, adding an edge to Chloé’s boho signatures. Tying back to the collection’s folk theme, plaid was the defining print of the season, notably appearing on chic capes, dresses, and skirts.

The Return of Chloé Icons: Marcie and Paddington Reimagined

As for the bags, Chloé signatures like the Marcie and the Paddington are refreshed this season. The Paddington revival is given an oversized, maxi update, while the iconic Chloé Marcie—a boho staple—is shown in velvet with studded detailing.

Elsewhere, intricate novelty clutches that play on the idea of craft are worn over the shoulder with a delicate chain, while other bags see seasonal textures like shearling. View bags from the runway below.
