When it comes to the Chanel Iconic, which we all know as the Chanel Classic Flap, part of the endless allure is the countless renditions offered season after season. Of course, you can opt for the classic colors and combinations, but there are plenty of specialty bags that speak to collectors as well. In fact, it’s the rare bags that later become the sought-after bags, and these are also the most interesting bags to look at both in person and in pictures.
For its Cruise 2021/2022 collection, we decided to photograph the bags a bit differently, this time giving you detailed shots to showcase different textures and materials that make up this latest collection. There’s a more timeless black and white lambskin with gold metal options ($8,800) and a Mini Flap bag with black and white tweed, and braided calfskin ($4,300). If you want something a little different, denim is making a comeback on bags and there’s this blue denim and gold-tone metal Mini Flap with a nice detail on the chain strap ($4,300). There’s also a pink tweed and a white and black sequin with script Chanel logo placed meticulously within the sequins.
