Not long ago, I mused that I simply couldn’t get behind the bucket bag silhouette. I really wanted to love them, but no matter how hard I tried, the silhouette constantly fell short for me. I found bucket bags to just turn me off for some reason. No matter the brand, size, color, or shape, the bucket bag never gave me butterflies, and that want it, need it, gotta have it now feeling.
That all changed when I saw the Bottega Veneta Liberta Bucket bag.
I guess all it really takes is finding the right one and realizing that it’s not all bucket bags you dislike, and the Liberta taught me that. Well, I’m back again with more bucket bag love, and it seems that where the bucket bag is concerned, it’s all about Bottega for me.
Shall we take a look? Let’s go!
Introducing the Andiamo Bucket
Joining the fan-favorite Andiamo family this season is the Andiamo Bucket. A silky smooth calfskin leather bucket bag with Intrecciato details, it’s defined by the Andiamo Family’s gold metal knot, which adorns the bag’s sliding braided strap.

With Bottega Veneta, the bags continue to stand out thanks to the quality and craft that goes into making each bag, and the Andiamo Bucket is no different. Lined in suede, the interior is separated by an Intrecciato center partition and zippered pocket, ideal for smaller items.
Colors and Price Point
True to the Andiamo family, the woven strap can be adjusted, though there is also a longer strap for shoulder wear. I love how the shape feels like a bucket bag but offers a supple slouch. Plus, it’s roomy enough for daily wear.
The newest addition to the Andiamo Family arrives in some of my favorite Bottega hues: Fondant and Barolo, along with black. Shop the Bottega Veneta Andiamo Bucket for $5,400 via Bottega Veneta.

Beautiful bag, hands down, but the price is insane. Sorry not sorry.
I agree, pretty bag but at over 5k plus tax – I’m getting to a stage where I’d rather window shop. And the less I buy the less I’m inclined to buy.
Beautiful bag but not worth the price.
The bag is a little long. Everything would settle to the bottom like a trash bag. Not. Functional. With that being said, the leather looks beautiful.
