Just in Time for Valentine’s Day, Heart-Motif Bags are Popping Up Everywhere

Well, what a coincidence: we find ourselves with exactly two weeks until Valentine’s Day, and suddenly, bags emblazoned with heart embellishments or shaped like hearts are everywhere. How extremely convenient, for those looking for a holiday-appropriate gift for either themselves or a loved one!

No, but seriously: it’s all hearts, all the time out here. Embellished statement bags are very trendy right now and hearts are a simple, appealing shape (see also: stars), so it’s not entirely surprising that they’re popping up left and right in general. That, in addition to the opportunity to capitalize on Valentine’s gift-giving, makes for a lovey-dovey perfect storm in the accessories market. Check out some of our favorite heart bags below.

If my Valentine is reading this: “no” to all the above. Just stick with the chocolates.

LOL!

Not going to lie, I’d buy that a Balenciaga if it were not so big.

But, no to the rest. It’s a pure cheese fest.

i like the Balenciaga bag, nice and small bag otherwise a big version is too much

Love hearts but not committed to bag level love (although Hogan bag is cute and reasonable).

One day I gotta find me a partner who will drop $1,000+ on a simple Valentine’s gift for me

cbl

wow who buys this sh*t?

Sparkletastic

Agree. These are awful

Was thinking same. Although I love some of these bags, the idea of carrying something heart themed for Valentine’s makes me gag.

Having said that, I love #1

I love the Gucci.

Yazi

Burberry and Kate Spade’s bags are cute and will be appropriate even after v-day

I don’t see these bags as strictly Valentine’s bags, because if so then yes that would be gag-worthy! Lol

I’d easily carry that Balenciago bag any day of the year! I love LOVE and hearts and think bags like this should be carried fiercely all throughout the year!! 🙂 lol
