By now, everyone knows it’s totally acceptable to wear white any time of year, no matter the date’s position relative to Labor Day. Today, I’m here to tell you why you should and offer some handbags in support of my point of view.
A woman with a white bag looks innately luxurious in the same way that a woman carrying a clutch looks luxurious; because it’s a less practical choice than some of the other available options, that woman’s life must have an ease to it that’s not available to everyone. That impression isn’t always in sync with reality, of course, but it’s an undeniably elegant look to those who put in a little extra effort to pull it off.

We delete them and blacklist the IPs when we see them, and that helps Disqus beef up its filters and auto-delete them as we go. A new spammer seems to have found us, but it should be gone soon!

what is the best ‘leather protectant’ spray for a white leather handbag?
i recently purchased my first white handbag. it’s the stacked T satchel by Tory burch. anyway, i was wondering if you can recommend a leather protectant ?
The Lanvin is dreamy and luxurious. I also love the Balenciaga.
Love the Proenza. I’d a winter white Coach (it looked more like Bone than winter white) in 1987, the buckle tarnished the leather. I only carried it twice. I’ll never buy winter white again. I am firmly NOT luxiorious 🙂
Do you think they would get dirty? I love the white but that’s a concern.

I bought a winter white bag by Rebecca Minkoff (referred to as, antique white) at Saks, on line for a friend in Vegas. They sent the bag to me by mistake. Well, I kept it of course. I carried it today and just love it. I am using it tomorrow with my camel haired coat. I love the combo of cream and winter white.
