The 20 Best Fall 2016 Bags Under $600

As much as we love to talk about bags at the very top of the price spectrum, we’ve always got our eyes on the market’s best moderately priced options. There have always been excellent, well-made, super stylish leather bags in the mid-three figures, but it seems as though Mansur Gavriel‘s success has emboldened designers and retailers alike to target their contemporary bags to a more sophisticated customer than the festival-friendly boho bags of the somewhat recent past.

That’s good news for everyone–after all, plenty of people appreciate good design and craftsmanship who aren’t willing or able to spend thousands of dollars on a bag. And although we know that several hundred dollars is still objectively quite expensive for almost everyone, it does represent a good value compared to much of what exists on the fashion market.
