Even if you’ve never been to New York City, you’re probably familiar with Magnolia Bakery, as long as you’re a Sex and the City fan. The show launched what was then a neighborhood bakery into pop culture acclaim, and now the bakery has many locations where you can pick up its signature cupcakes and banana pudding. Also, thanks to Kate Spade, you can have both in handbag form.

The two quintessentially New York brands have teamed up for a limited edition run of bags, small leather goods, jewelry and accessories themed around the bakery’s most famous treats, and they all have that signature Kate Spade wink to them that’s made the brand’s novelty-themed bags such sell-out hits over the past several seasons. If anybody were going to make a cupcake clutch, of course it’s Kate Spade that made it super cute. (If you’re ever in Magnolia Bakery, though, pass up the baked goods for banana pudding. Trust me.)

Check out the collection’s bags below or shop the full selection for a limited time via Kate Spade.

Some of these bags are blatant billboards for the bakery. Someone actually wants to pay money to carry them?

totally agree. Feel I’m being taken for a fool.

Digressing: We’ve had cupcakes from all these upscale cupcake boutiques in NYC and they always disappoint. Homemade cupcakes taste better (so says my daughter!)

Try:

Butter Lane, but only with French buttercream- not any other

Two Little Red Hens (I almost ordered my wedding cake from there- if I didn’t decide to do it from a friend I certainly would have) esp red velvet, Brooklyn blackout, but I haven’t had bad cake from them

Big Booty Bakery in Chelsea for red velvet

Chikalicious for certain flavors- i.e. Smores

Fuck Magnolia (their banana pudding *is* good tho, but it’s not like it’s hard to make delicious banana pudding,) Buttercup, Sugar Sweet Sunshine (terrible chocolate- blech) and I am sure I am forgetting scores… I am a dessert fanatic in general, not just cupcakes btw…

Billy’s is OK.

Here is something to pay attention , a great opportunity for work for those who want to use their free time to make money using their computers… I have been doing this since last two years and I am making 40 to 70 dollars per hour … In the last week I have made 12,245 for almost 18 hours sitting ….

?There are no special skills required just basic typing and an internet connection ….

?There are no time constraints … You may do this any time when you are free ….

?Here is what I’ve been doing….
