This colorful top handle bag really pops with her lacy top, heather jersey skirt and color-matching ballet flats. Emmy Rossum isn’t exactly a household name yet – more people would probably recognize her from her turn in the 2004 Phantom of the Opera movie adaptation than from her extremely well regarded Showtime series Shameless. But she should absolutely be on a celeb fashion lovers’ radar, because she’s a fantastic dresser. She never leaves the house without looking extra polished, and we have yet to see her running around town in gym clothes, unlike 95% of LA’s celeb population.
