It may be blindingly hot and humid in New York City today, but in just a couple weeks, that will invariably yield to slightly cooler weather and fall wardrobes. Because of the various and sundry wonders of the Internet, you can get a head start on yours via pre-order, and tons of Fall 2016 bags just hit our favorite retailers on Friday.
Below, we’ve combed through new arrivals pages across the Internet to find the most interesting new pieces from the biggest brands. If you see something you like, pre-ordering is often a good idea; seasonal versions of popular bags often don’t make it all the way through the season, let alone to the discount period.
Anya Hindmarch and Saint Laurent are gorgeous!
I really like the AH pixel style as well, but think it works better in the Bathurst model, which comes with a shoulder strap not shown in photo.
I agree. I love this bag from AH I love colours.
i swear Prada is the new Michael Kors it copies left and right
The Loewe bag reminds me of the Phillip Lim 31 Hour Tote.
Maybe, all totes are very similar. But the quality of Loewe leather is higher than most of the bags only you can compares with Hermes or Chanel.
In the other part, I want to say that Loewe has several pre orders cuter than this tote, as Loewe fringe Barcelona or Joyce bag.
I definitely agree with you about the quality of Loewe leather. However, these two bags are a bit too similar for it to be a coincidence.
Something about the Chloe Lexa bag reminds of the bags Coach used to make back when they still manufactured in the U.S. (BTW, that’s a compliment; this bag should sell quite well.) Also, I’m a Delvaux fan, but not loving their Le Mutin bag here. $3800 for a more or less basic saddle bag with a canvas strap? I don’t think so. And nothing against Marc Jacob, but wouldn’t a tulip bag be more suited to a spring collection? Although, tbh, they don’t look much like tulips…I thought this was some abstract bird design instead. At the moment, Gucci still rules when it comes to incorporating flowers into a bag/shoe collection.
Yeah, I didn’t see tulip print on that Mac Jacobs atrocity either. I thought it looked a rooster!
<<o. ???????????????????????????????????????????????????:::::::!ja528s:….,…..
I have been anxiously awaiting the release of the Mansur Gavriel Sun Bag but I’ll prob have to wait another year until the hype dies down like I did for my bucket bags.
The Bottega Veneta Velvet Bouquet Duffel looks like it’s being swarmed by an ant colony.
I thought the exact same…I had to take a closer look. UGLY.
Or some kind of fungus.
lol
I would love to read your take on new Marc Jacobs. After the brand restructuring, they have considerably decreased their prices. How can a brand afford to do that? Does that mean the quality has diminished to reflect the lower price point? If not, were they (and everyone else) overcharging their customers in the first place? Or is the new Marc Jacobs simply a label swap with (now defunct) cheaper Marc by Marc Jacobs line? So many questions…
I’d really love to hear Purseblogs take on that too! 🙂
Most designer bags are probably over-priced, but in the case of Marc Jacobs he’s probably pricing his bags closer to what they’re truly worth. His bags have never been great, or even very good.
The new Marc Jacobs bags are amazing quality! Great pebbled thick grain leather, nice sturdy hardware and great price points!!
this is really nice collection visit my fashion website for latest fashion updates, fashion trends, style tips visit :http://blog.myntra.com/
Saint Laurent slide 21 looks good?! Bottega bag making my skin crawl. MG starting to look a bit tired. Gucci bag is hot hot hot. The Prada bag saddle bag seems as if it has for eyes looking at me? Like Fendi monsters? Loewe reminds me of Chanel?
I love the Lexa but why does it have to be so expensive?
Love the Saint Laurent! Want to love the Chloe Lexa but there is just too much going on with all the straps, maybe it’s the way they are placed on the bag.
Love the drew and the Faye!
Really love the Prada saddle bag. I just wish it wasn’t saffiano.
That Valentino rockstud nonsense is so dated. Move on.
The embroidered Peekaboo is beautiful, the price however…Oy vey. Oh well, a girl can dream. The Loewe Strip shoulder bag is also very interesting and good looking, and Oh so “designy”! Love it.
oh dear..none of these bags excite my wallet. Can we see some new dior for fall?
If Cinderella needed a bag to match her glass slippers it would be the D&G crystal bag 🙂 It is exquisite!
I love the Lowe Bag, never owned one, definitely in consideration
