Right when I saw the Gucci Soft Jackie hit the Gucci website, I fell head over heels in love. It’s not the simple kind of love, but rather the intensely deep kind. Gucci tops my list as my favorite brand of the moment, and it continues to deliver, collection after collection.
The Jackie is a brand classic, dating back to the 1960s, and was named after Jacqueline Onassis. The Jackie is an icon we’ve explored before, but the new interpretation’s beauty baffles me in the best way.
From the moment I saw the Soft Jackie collection, I knew I had to play with it. I loved the luscious leather of the Gucci Soft Jackie Top Handle Bag. The nut brown leather looked chocolatey, so while I examined the bag, I decided it would be perfect to pair it with a bar of chocolate. It seems that both chocolate and Gucci bags are my weakness.

It is definitely a beautiful bag but it looks too big. Megs, which color would you choose? You are right on the money when you said that Gucci is delivering the quality with the aesthetic value with a better pricing strategy than Louis Vuitton (example the Lockit). I bought the RED bamboo shopper after reading your Pursonal 🙂
