Milan Fashion Week kicked off yesterday, and day one ended with a Guccified BANG. The House of Gucci, which sneakily dropped Demna’s Spring 2026 collection earlier this week in lookbook format, held a premiere event to debut The Tiger, its new short film by Oscar-winner Spike Jones and Halina Reijn.
The film highlights Demna’s debut collection and marks a new era for the House of Gucci. It stars Hollywood icons like Demi Moore, Keke Palmer, Elliot Page, and more, plus friends of the House like Kendall Jenner and Alex Consani.
Like the collection, which is undeniably sexy and chic, but oh so Gucci, the film shares the same aesthetic language. As we saw in the film, at the premiere event, which took place in Milan (though an event was also held on Tuesday night in New York), we saw plenty of new Gucci to fret over.
From the Lookbook to Premiere Night
Most guests showed up in head-to-toe Gucci, many wearing looks straight out of a movie (literally), pulling off full looks from the Spring 2026 collection. Bags carried included unreleased designs alongside Demna’s refreshes of favorites like the Gucci Bamboo 1947 and the iconic Gucci Jackie. Demna’s Gucci will hit ten Gucci boutiques for a limited time only, beginning today, September 25th.
