There’s little indication of what designer Clare Waight Keller will do now that she’s departed from Chloé after six years, but wherever her next stop is, it’s not hard to imagine that the brand will miss her. Over the better part of a decade, Waight Keller refined the Chloé look into luxe bohemian heaven, and in the process, she made some damn good handbags.
Waight Keller’s last runway included only a handful of bag designs, and these pieces represented a more structured, tailored approach to accessories that has gradually taken hold during her tenure. These bags–several petite shapes rendered in tonal, neutral suede and leather combinations–all featured similar curved, golden metal handles. The look is more directional and less consumer-oriented than the Drews and Hudsons that have won over so many shoppers in recent years, but it’s fitting that Waight Keller would go out on an interesting, forward-looking note. Check out all of the runway bags below.

I like these!
I absolutely love these! When can they be purchased?
There is something irresistibly joyful about these bags … I think it’s because they all seem to be smiling at me!
I’ll take one of each please! Chloe hits it out of the park again.
I love them all.
Eesh,
Not a Chloe fan, but I’d wear anyone of these. Gorgeous.
Awful.
They are all gorgeous! The shapes are unique and I really love the suede/leather combo along, metal handles, and hardware detail. Why do these all make me want to put on bell bottom jeans or a boho floaty dress and take IG photos?
These are nice for a casual/weekend bag. Interesting hardware.
Nice
Anyone else think of a canteen?
it looks like a smiley face n i love it!
?? I’m actually really loving the handles of these bags! So cute
