I have to wonder if it’s wise to narrow customer base to tweens?
There’s tons of adults that are crazy about Disney. I’d buy the messenger bag if it was a little bigger.
Cutesy (gagg) seems to be the trend of many designers these days.
You can also be a grown-up and still like Disney.
I love going to Disneyland, so I was hoping this collection would have a nice crossbody that I could wear there. The messenger bag is way too small for the things I take there, like a water bottle and cardigan.
That is the trend I am desperately waiting for — messenger bags roomy enough but not so big as men’s messenger bags, with nice wide shoulder straps that sit comfortably on the shoulder.
Ya, I would have LOVED a crossbody that fit small essentials – Millie is obsessed with Mickey and Minnie so it would have been perfect to have one! Maybe next time!
I got the red Minnie tote to lug around on those errands which I feel are too fancy for my LV tote. 😉 I hope Im not too old for it 😛

A good idea but it was carried out as an afterthought. They needed to design more deeply into the concept of the collaboration. I mean a tiny patch here or there? Paint with broad strokes! Don’t tickle with a brush!

But seriously, with the exception of the coin purse and the bag charm, they give me the impression that the designer slapped something Disney on already-existing bags and wallets. Kind of underwhelming, a half-executed concept.
