Here’s Khloe Kardashian and her BFF Malika Haqq looking super enthralled at the LA Clippers game. Khloe’s got a lovely python-front-flap Celine Trapeze Bag sitting in her lap, and as you browse through the additional photos after the jump, you’ll notice that both Malika and some unseen person sitting behind Khloe are carrying Celine Luggage Totes. Ladies and gents, we may have reached Celine critical mass in LA.
As you probably know (because you’re all such massive sports and/or E! network fans), Khloe’s husband Lamar Odom was traded to the L.A. Clippers after a single, slightly disastrous season in Dallas. Sadly, it looks like a third season of KUWTK spin-off “Khloe & Lamar” is out of the question until Lamar gets his game back. Happily, the Clippers beat the Rockets in this game, so that’s a start, right?
Not sure of the fascination with this moronic family, but I digress… I was in Beverly Hills last weekend and didn’t see any Celines, only more Birkins than I cared to see in a lifetime…
What I would be interested in is what celebrities are actually buying any of the handbags they’re shown with. I mean, if someone gives me a free Balenciaga, Celine, Burberry or the like, then I will be seen with it! It doesn’t mean I liked it enough to shell out the dough for it.

Celebs like the Kardashians have really made Celine a bit over exposed, like themselves. Sadly its taken something away from my beloved luggage tote. Hope they move onto something else soon without ruining what is special about Celine along the way. Do you think Celine hands out bags to these celebs for free, when they seem to go out of their way to make them exclusive otherwise?
