We’ve entered into the coldest month of the year and that means that on the east coast many have entered into hibernation as NYC has been blanketed in snow for over a week. Celebs are part of that club, with many of our celebrity NYC inhabitants making only extremely necessary appearances outside of their homes, like trips to the store or heading to and from work. Irina Shayk was spotted in chilly NYC yet again heading from her daughter’s school with another new By Far bag. If our tally is correct, we’ve seen her with not one, not two, but four different By Far minis in the last two weeks!
Meanwhile in LA, Delilah Belle Hamlin was spotted with a brand new Bottega Veneta Jodie bag, and this starlet opted for the larger size, which was a refreshing choice. Jennifer Lopez was also spotted out and about out of New York, but her outfit alone would suggest otherwise as Miami saw some uncharacteristically chilly temps last week too. The superstar debuted her shiny new BOYY bag, once again making a case for this under-the-radar label. Check out the rest of what our favorite stars toted around town below!
Never mind the bags – the coats & jackets!
Right there with you, I’m a sucker for coats!
Its nice to get back to a little normalcy with celebrities out and about (with masks). JLO looks very warm in Miami but the purse is nice. I love how Irina finds the runway everywhere she goes.
She’s truly making a case for this bag and her coat is to die for too!
Didn’t you mean “gallivant”? (title). Proofread please.
Hey Merriam, do you come on here often to troll the writers or do you have a life?
you can ask Merriam (whoever that is). you directed this to me and i am not Merriam
You should delete this comment it’s embarrassing for you.
I am not embarrassed, but I am happy that I learned something new. I also admit that I should have researched this before I posted. Gallivant is the traditional spelling that has been around, and galavant, I understand, has been added by Merriam Webster (but not by many other dictionaries) as an alternate spelling. It is still less common than gallivant. I thank the author for the clarification. Again, i don’t think my comment isn’t anything to be embarrassed about. It is not said in a hurtful manner.
You tried to correct someone who writes for a living only to be wrong yourself. That’s great that you don’t feel embarrassed but you should be. 🙂
If you have followed this blog long enough you would know that readers routinely point out spelling and grammar corrections. People who “write for a living” do make mistakes here in this blog, and are often gracious enough to acknowledge and correct them. Micromanaging how I respond to the writing here as a reader and how I should feel is none of your business. At this point, this argument has become irrelevant and i will not be participating in it further.
Spelling Police: Please calm down and do your research before correcting anyone. I have seen “galavant” spelled this way more than “gallivant”; the author is correct since the word can be spelled either way.
Galavant is actually a correct (though less common) alternative spelling of the word.
I always knew it as galavant too. My grandmother used to use this word a lot. LOL.
Similar to Canceled and Cancelled. Both are acceptable. 🙂
I would like Daisy Duck tights in my size please
