Jacquemus Debuts a Brand New Tiny Bag at Its Latest Runway Show

Fear not there were bigger bags galore too!

Jacquemus debuted its Pre-Fall 2020 women’s collection and Fall/Winter 2020 men’s collection at Paris Fashion Week Men’s this past weekend. The palette was a stunning mix of muted neutrals with pops of pastels and bright pink. Models clutched a slew of different bags as they sashayed their way down the runway and we’re taking a look at what’s to come from Jacquemus later this year.

Jacquemus’ famous tiny bag aka the Le Chiquito appeared with a pretty woven leather trim alongside a new tiny bag. This tiny bag features a rectangular shape with a flap closure accented by an itty bitty top handle and a crossbody strap. Models also clutched larger versions of this new silhouette in neutral colors like white and beige suede.

For the more practical fashionistas among us, models toted large tote bags under their arms in pretty colors like pastel purple, mint green and hot pink. There were also plenty of double bag situations at play on the runway, with both male and female models donning belt and crossbody bags in unison. Take a look at the collection below and view a pre-show tease from Jacquemus via instagram.

The Le Chiquito is only good for shelf display. Love the hot pink suede but would be so paranoid of the color transfer.

We might need to re-calibrate our understanding of what a bag is. Le Chiquito is more like jewelry you carry or hang on yourself like a necklace. As useless as this model looks, I think it did a remarkable job in getting publicity for this brand.

The mint is stunning too!

For me this design house captures and blends the essence of classic simplicity with modern elements and does it very well. While I admire this quality, I also feel that it’s the epitome of youth and geared towards a younger audience. While it’s not a design I would carry; I admire it on anyone who chooses to purchase and wear it.

I love how the designers thought outside the box

I commonly obtain roughly $8156 /per month utilising the broadband. I always wanted an occupation that is reliable. I was never into schemes such as rapidly becoming “rich super fast” that end up being bogus schemes. Along with most desirable benefit related to it happens to be that I now complete all my business only couple hr day after day which simply leaves me a whole lot more of leisure time compared to what I had before with my spouse and kids. Oh, I never likes the Chiquito but the belt bags and the baguette like bags are gorgeous! 😀 Would they possibly fit a phone…? If so, yes please! If not, I’ll have to pass. The mini belt bag would make a nice card and key pouch for a walk around town or a nice park, and maybe an hour break from the phone would do good from time to time.. Maybe that’s what they are aiming for, they sell this fashion idea for a bigger health cause, they force us to have less screen time… Haha.

Their bags would look so much better if they didn’t have the tacky “Jacquemus” hardware plastered on the front… sigh.

I agree. It really takes away from the beauty of them.

From big to small I love them all.

Love that little wicker bag with the hot pink trim!

Did anyone see the video of Lizzo pulling ridiculously large items out of her tiny bag? It’s hysterical!

OMG I just realized that little pink string in #9 is actually a profile of a bag! I hope my kitchen sink will fit in it.
