Duffle bags are known for a few things and being tiny usually isn’t one of them. Typically a duffle is great for hauling your things from place to place, however the duffle bags of spring 2019 won’t get you very far. Suddenly it seems that duffle bags are no longer synonymous with lugging around a ton of stuff, rather quite the opposite. This spring, mini duffle bags are popping up on all of our favorite shopping websites. Most of the mini duffles are from more contemporary and indie bag brands rather than premier designers, but there’s a lot of room for this trend to trickle up in the near future. Are you here for it? If so I’ve rounded up some mini duffles to get you started as this trend heats up!
Trend to Watch: Mini Duffle Bags
Would you carry one?
The mini duffle concept is excellent. A perfect update to the speedy bag which is just so cute! Love the Mansur!
I’m so glad that I kept my older bags like the original Fendi Baguette, Dior Double Saddle Bag, and the Fendi Mama Bag. Now, I can pull out my old Marc Jacobs bag. I called it a barrel bag, but I guess that it’s a mini duffle now.
Now, more than ever, I realize how cyclical the fashion industry is.
I like the Mansur minus the overdone zipper pulls.
I like the Marc Jacobs Tag Bauletto 26 Bag! Perfect for everyday window shopping bag.
I LOVE! Giving me serious Zenon/Polly Pocket vibes, haha!
Forgive me for saying this, but the slightly bent shape of the Manu bags make them look like cozies for your, uh, “toys”
Agreed! the bag looked so weird, but you explained it perfectly!
I have an old Burberry barrel bag that I absolute adore. Glad to see that it’s now on trend.
They look too much like East/West bags which I abhor. It’s a big “no”!
Wonder if LV will bring back the Papillon.
Dont need to bring it back it has always been available online.
Yes, it is! I read before they were discontinuing. The ebene one is gone, and there’s no mini pouch with it.
That’s a shame. I love the mini pouch with mine. I hang it from my waistband.
You see duffel; I see east-west. lol I would only wear that as a crossbody.
I like the Mansur. I have a leather Lacoste bag in this shape, what’s old is new…
I’m glad I’ve kept my Alexander Wang Rockies and Roccos!
Reminds me of Delvaux Lily.
