Typically, it’s usually a special collaboration or a capsule collection and this year it’s the latter. Introducing, the Louis Vuitton Summer By the Pool Collection.
As an ode to the warm summer days that lie ahead, Louis Vuitton’s summer collection adds a fun, fresh spin to some of the brand’s most iconic, fan-favorite bags. The capsule features new summer-ready iterations of the Onthego, Keepall, NéoNoé and more in pretty Monogram gradient hues meant to evoke the soft colors of a sunrise, the bold hues of a sunset, and the pristine shade of a blue lagoon. The stunning shades and combinations also appear on brand new bags exclusive to the capsule like the Marshmallow and the adorable Papillon BB bag.
To further expand on the collection, the Maison outfits a range of RTW, shoes and other accessories in this new summer palette. Warm tones and sun-kissed shapes bring to mind long beach days and soaking up rays. And with the year we’ve had, light and fun is precisely what we crave. I preordered the Marshmallow and onthego in peach and they are beautiful!! The Marshmallow was for my daughter and she loves it. I saw the blue in the NeoNoe and the trio. All the colors were beautiful, but I prefer more neutral tones. Too bad nothing is available online!

Agreed: The blue Neonoe is also gorgeous. If you like blue, there’s another new cute Neonoe: M57691 (not By the Pool collection).
I picked up the solid blue Onthego MM; the color is warm and rich. It is the smaller Onthego; so pretty & versatile. Also, I think there may be a few more pieces in the gradient blue (like the shorts or Onthego in Kaitlin’s Review). Not a lot of variety in the solids: either one color or another.
There’s something about the shape of the Marshmallow bag that I find irresistible, especially in these colors. Don’t know what it is…

As soon as this collection was announced, I immediately went online to see what they had. ALL of them are sold out! I wanted the Neo Noe-sold out. Okay maybe the On the Go-nope sold out! Frustrating!
