Metallic Friday

It has become apparent to me that the sun doesn’t shine in the Midwest. You think I’m joking?? Vlad and I have been here for 10 days and I have only seen grey skies, clouds, and a mix of snow-rain. In order to brighten things up for any of you suffering from this doldrum winter, today is designated Metallic Friday. And when I say metallic, I mean any color that is close to gold which will remind me of the sun that I left behind in Florida. If you are one of the lucky people seeing the light of day, I envy you.
