We’re back with yet another set of insane fashion week street style bags. This time, coming at you from Haute Couture Week, which is currently taking over the streets of Paris! While the couture shows have little to offer in terms of bags on the runway, off the runway, it is a different story.
On day one, the streets brought us a little bit of everything, from Dior and Schiaparelli to plenty of Hermès, a bit of Prada, and, of course, a Labubu or two. We saw a little bit of everything out on the streets, and like Dior earlier this month, Celine, too, allowed fashion folk to show off bags directly from the runway.

Those Labubu tags sticking out on bags look downright hideous. Totally trashy. I’m not a fan of stuffed dolls to begin with, but at least cut off the tags.
I know the tags are killing me.
I love all things fashion but at the same time fashion must be functional IMO. Shoes must be comfortable or you look ridiculous, clothes need to fit well, and a bag needs to be big enough to hold your phone! What is the deal with bags that small? I like smaller bags but if my phone will not fit then forget it.
I own a couple mini Kelly’s as well as an iPhone 16 Pro which easily fits in the bag as does my cc holder + cash and lipstick. I get if you have some massive phone that may not fit but to be clear it fits a phone plus more.
Sorry, should have specified I refer more to the Valentino bag pictured. I guess tiny bags are fun. Ha!
And sometimes fashion can just be fun. And this is what we are seeing. Fun.
Curious. Do you think the Louis V Alma is a timeless classy piece or too common now?
I still love mine!
My philosophy is if a bag as old as the Alma is still being used, it must be a great bag both in function and aesthetics. There’s a reason why after all of these years that it has not been discontinued. If you like it, get it. I guarantee that if you take a good look around where you live/hang out, it won’t be that commonplace. Not many will shell out that kind of money for a bag.
Sure, I think the Alma is a LV staple. If you like it get it!
