She’s an editor for Vogue in another country (possibly France). Her style isn’t really ‘horrendous’. It typically works, it’s just not everyone’s cup of tea. She’s very out of the box. But, no, definitely not a horrendous style.
And calling her a ‘charlatan’ because she isn’t classically beautiful isn’t classless.
