Celebs Keep It Wee with Compact Bags from Dior, Chloé and More

Plus: Vintage bags make a strong showing

They may not be quite as impossibly small as some of the minis and micros we’ve seen in the past couple of months, but bag sizes are certainly shrinking this week. Compact crossbodys are in favor, and celebs even pulled some smaller styles from the 90s out of their closets (or maybe their mom’s, in some obvious cases). Let’s explore celeb preferences for all things small, shall we?

Is Natalie Portman not a vegan that doesn’t wear leather anymore? Or is the trim on her Dior bag not real leather?

momoc

I remember Dior specially made vegan shoes for her before, so maybe that’s the case? On the other hand I would not be too surprised if she is vegan in her diet only; I feel like I’ve seen her with other Dior leather bags before. I think for some “vegan” is a label used for not just diet but everything in life, but for others it only applies to diet. (I don’t have opinions either way; I did go vegetarian for my diet but I can’t make the leap to vegan yet).

One of the things I learned from following Purseblog over the years, is telling which of the celebs called the paparazzi themselves, with a modicum of accuracy.

Patsy

Which one are they in this post?

Jerri R

My guess is: Caroline Pearce (unlikely that paparazzi would follow around this person, let alone know who the heck she is); Karolina Kurkova (way too perfectly put-together for a coincidental paparazzi capture, with a Bally bag that (I’m assuming) happens to be a new release, plus she is not exactly on paparazzi’s radar these days); Lisa Rinna (don’t ask me)

Lisa Rinna looks amazing and the Prada vintage on Bella is really cute.
